Y11 Digital IT Trip to Manchester Airport Published on : 11 October 2021 / Categories: General The Runway Visitor Park at Manchester Airport is a unique and educational experience for all ages. Our Year 11 students studying Digital Information Technology spent the day at Manchester Airport to understand the use of digital information systems and technology in a business context. The students taking part had the opportunity to board real aircraft, whilst learning about the different types of jobs that help the airport run smoothly and the information systems used in the day-to-day running of the airport.
