Our fantastic Sports Leaders played a key role in supporting the Hyndburn and Ribble Valley Primary School Sportshall Athletics event, hosted at The Hyndburn Academy.It was brilliantly led by our dedicated young leaders.

Seven primary schools took part in the competition, with pupils giving it their all in every event. From sprint races to throwing and jumping challenges, the effort and determination on display was inspiring. Competitors ran as fast as they could, threw as far as they could and jumped for every point as they represented their schools with pride.

Our Sports Leaders did an excellent job helping to organise the events, officiate activities, record scores and encourage the young athletes throughout the competition. Their enthusiasm, leadership and professionalism helped the event run smoothly and created a positive and supportive environment for everyone involved.

The atmosphere throughout the event was electric, with cheering from teammates and supporters filling the sports hall. With the scores incredibly close right to the end, the competition remained exciting until the very last event.

Their hard work helped create a brilliant atmosphere and ensured the competition ran smoothly from start to finish.”

We are extremely proud of our Sports Leaders for the responsibility they showed and for the fantastic role they played in making the event such a success. They were wonderful ambassadors for the school and a great support to the primary pupils taking part.
