Year 11 students participated in the Onward & Upward Programme, guided by Mrs. Ross and Enterprise Advisor Jill Stazicker. 

Onward Homes provided an engaging company overview, detailing apprenticeships and career paths. Students explored various departments, including Neighbourhood, Repairs, and the Contact Centre, learning how these teams collaborate to ensure resident satisfaction.

The highlight was a visit to an Onward Estate, where students witnessed sustainability initiatives in action, deepening their understanding of eco-friendly housing.
