Homework

All students, regardless of the year group, will have their homework set for them on a Monday. In Key Stage 3 (years 7-9) students will have their homework set via Microsoft Teams. Homework tasks will be a Microsoft Form activity. To access their homework tasks students login into Microsoft Teams, select the correct virtual classroom, then click on the link to the Microsoft Form to access the homework task. The task will correspond to the correct topic/date for the lesson. In Key Stage 4 students may be set tasks in Microsoft Teams, however, this may not be the only platform used to provide the homework tasks. Other platforms, such as Seneca Learning, may also be used due to the suitability of these platforms to the courses students are completing as part of their option suite.

Homework Hand in Timetable

Students will be expected to hand in their homework tasks in accordance with the provided timetable. Where the hand in date for subjects is set as Monday, please remind students that this is the following Monday from the date the task has been set. For those subjects where students have a quick turnaround (Tuesday) please ensure that you support them to understand that these tasks should be prioritised on a Monday.
